As you can see they also come in white,

Lamprocapnos spectabilis 'Alba' is this variety.
But I think I like the original red ones best.

Wow! A fantastic image. I think the white is much harder to shoot than the red--but you've done a great job here with backlighting and a nice contrasty background. =V=
