Yes, very inviting. We went to the lakes a few years back in a very cold February, the routine was - eat a hearty breakfast, walk, eat a hearty lunch, walk, nap in car.. find a tea room LOL

What a beautiful contrast between the almost summery look of the outside chairs and the warmth and lighting inside that is so welcoming when it's cold. Very cool shot.
