Normally our postman is a cheerful guy. Sometimes he stops for a chat about the weather even! But this morning I heard the thud of the mail, and then the screech of tyres as he roared off down the road. As I approached the hall I could hear a tearing sound, as if someone was opening a parcel....
Grabbing my camera I was just in time to see 'it' emerge, bedraggled and hungry. Slowly at first, but with gathering pace it zoomed in on the nearest host - Helen's latest elephant.... and then it was all over!

It did make another of Helen's friends happy though - obviously a slightly more evolved form of the alien!

At the moment things are quiet, but we'll have to see what happens next. Heard on the radio that Doctor Who is back. Maybe he can help.
