Our camera club challenge for this month is 'still life' so this afternoon I got a bowl of fruit together on my kitchen counter, with a piece of black felt for the background, and tried to arrange it to look like a traditional still life painting of a bowl of fruit. It was not as easy as I thought it would be!! the lighting was a challenge as the bananas and lemon kept getting blown out, but after umpteen attempts, I am pleased with this shot.
