I had to have my wonderful son Harry in my photo of the day, celebrating his birthday, with the chocolate cake I have made for him almost all his life. Last year he told me that he loves the cake and I can make it for every birthday - even when he is 60 and I have to liquidise it for him! I have to track down Cadbury's cocoa powder, and Smarties here to make it taste just the way it does at 'home' but he is worth it. :))
