Wild lemons

At Home

We took Teddy for a walk today through some wooded areas and one of the trees looked like a citrus
of some variety from its leaves. I saw a few tiny fruits on the ground so picked up one and took it home to
investigate it further. It had a furry skin but on cutting it open, it appears a lot like a lemon,
with many pips, and has a very floral fragrance on top of its citrus fragrance.

This is an unusual and interesting fruit. When I looked at the thumbnail I thought it was something to do with Teddy's paw prints. I thought he was being pawtographed. LOL

There wouldn't be much lemon left after taking out all those pips! ;o)
