Jewels of Opar

Our garden

So late in the season this beautiful plant is flowering its head off! The flowers are miniscule,
only last for one day and open in the late afternoon so they don't get the chance to show off for very long at all at this time of year.
The yellow background is a chrysanthemum in a low planter.
I liked the colour contrast between the wonderful pink of the Jewel (Talinum paniculatum) flowers and the seed pods (it's Jewels) against the 'Mum'.
