I am not very fond of the traditional strong fruit flavour of the English Christmas Pudding, so
am making one with some lighter fruits such as cherries and butter instead of suet...... I made
one three years ago and it was yummy, so I hope this one will be too! I will steam it tomorrow
for eight hours, then in the days leading up to Christmas, will feed it brandy....... ;)
