Sayer and I were very privileged to be allowed to go and photograph
a tern colony in the Detroit River. It was very exciting and an
amazing sight to see numerous terns flying around. Taking flight shots
of them is quite a challenge though, see Sayer's amazing flight shots

It was very special to be able to see a tern on its nest, and my flights shots
did not turn out so well, so this is my photo of that day.
