I photographed the lunch procession at Mahagandhayon as well. And I too was surrounded by dozens of tourists (seen here in the background.) I had to work hard to find a vantage point that eliminated them. I also had to work hard to find an expressive way to build an image around a line of monks holding alms bowls.
