Serge, Thanks for the comment. As per your tip, I have removed the mother leaf and the growth is tremendrous. The next photo in the album shows the results after 2 weeks.

it looks very nice Trevor, now it's time to cut the mother leaf and let the baby grow on its own..this will accelerate the growth.. regards
