#5 of series - Large old dead Black Olive tree cut down at 14302 Marginada Court, Miami Lakes, FL 33014-2922

Town of Miami Lakes, FL

Property owner: Barbara A. Vernaza
This former 30+ year old large Black Olive tree was chopped off near ground level on August 24, 2006, almost 10 months to the day after being mutilated to death. What a neighborly thing to do in Miami Lakes! Will the Town of Miami Lakes or the Architectural Control Committee require the homeowner to replace this tree and the other with tall native shade trees as called for in the deed restrictions? If not, why not?

other sizes: small medium original auto
