I hate it...

Rush hour traffic in Greenville, Delaware (heading towards Wilmington)

Can anyone name a well known person who currently "lives" in this town?
He doesn't sleep here all the time as he has a second home elsewhere.....

Check out other monochromatic Pbasers who are always on the hunt HERE

Joe Biden? I definitely don't miss fighting rush hour traffic. Nice reminder of why I don't work full-time anymore! V

Helen Betts16-Mar-2012 23:53

laine16-Mar-2012 21:54
I'll hazard a guess that it's someone from the political scene...perhaps the President has a country get-away.

I'm so pleased I rarely hit a traffic jam situation.

Well,as Walter & Christine mentioned here, this is home to many of the Dupont family. It WAs also home to U.S. Military intelligence officer Jim Thompson who disappeared under mysterious circumstances and has never been seen again.Perhaps he and Jimmy Hoffa are BOTH there?...Hmmmmm....oh,by the way, good pic!

LynnH16-Mar-2012 19:31
At least it isn't 8 lanes of solid traffic like Houston! I like the line of cars snaking in the same direction (curve) as the arrow sign. Don't know who lives in Greenville... you'll have to tell us tomorrow. V
Guest 16-Mar-2012 19:22

globalgadabout16-Mar-2012 15:03
it depends on which direction you are headed, as oncoming traffic is light...the electricity cables seem to echo the inherent tension of the daily commute...V
Walter Otto Koenig16-Mar-2012 14:52
Great perspective and good choice of focal length and tones. This is Du Pont country.
Guest 16-Mar-2012 14:31
I get road rage.
Margot W16-Mar-2012 14:27
I bet two hours earlier there was no rush hour. Too bad we are all on the same timeline.
Can't think of a single person Stephanie but I bet I'll find out.
Nice to take a shot from a car which isn't whizzing by some point of interest.
J. Scott Coile16-Mar-2012 14:00
More than one second home me thinks...
Ann...16-Mar-2012 13:40
Is that a tram in the distance, where are its rails? It wouldn't pay to be in a hurry.
CM Kwan16-Mar-2012 13:16

Chris16-Mar-2012 10:52
...the Dupont family...?

You need to come here, chez nous, one car a day gets us wondering if we are about to have visitors!
Martin Lamoon16-Mar-2012 10:50
Wonderful tone, I also hate traffic queues. V
Graeme16-Mar-2012 10:38
Great view of rush hour traffic, Stephanie. Most of the cars seem to be 4x4's as well. V
