Believe it or not, we can buy excellent chocolates in America.
This tasty treat was made by La Chatelaine Chocolat Co. in Bozeman, Montana.

I must confess to being partial to dark chocolate. Whittaker's Dark Ghana with 72% Cocoa.
Dark chocolate and red wine are very good anti-oxidants, so you can't have too much of a good thing.
