This Great Blue Heron, sneak peaking out of the fauna in the waterfowl refuge, thinks he's blending in. I was the unfortunate cause of his scare, as I approached the water I came pretty close to him (I didn't see him!!) and he flew across the lake to this hiding spot. Scared me too, I couldn't get the camera focused to get any good shots as he took off.
