... although my title sounds facetious, this is actually within the Saigon city limits near the International Airport at Tan Son Nhut. Saigon had two faces ... one with the pronounced French influence of wide, tree-lined avenues populated with villas, tennis clubs and restaurants ... and the other a poorer style as seen in this photo.
