Wow! This is one of the early photos of Pershing Field compound. Just after the cement pads had been poured and before the walls had been erected. Then of course, later there were the sandbags and 50 gal barrells filled with water. A lot of work! It's a little hard to remember, but I believe my first home was just a couple of tents down on the right. Also, you had a great view of the cemetery from the towers. Thanks for the memories.
