Well, not so new. I've had them for a couple of weeks now.
This is the first time I've not had athletic shoes of some sort as my regular daily wear.
It's a little odd not to have that wrapping comfort cocoon of a shoe, but I'm getting used to it.

Last year at this time, the first daffodils were on the verge of blooming in the front yard but this year they're late!
