Here's the season's first narcissus, coming up in the backyard.
It seems like they just appeared out of nowhere, but they've been inching up since mid december.
Though the others have yet to bloom, these look like they've been going a while, a spent bloom is towards the back.

The daffodils have been coming up in the front yard, too, but have yet to set any blooms.

I used some unsharp mask in PS to help these step out a little...
