October 2nd - Cathi Cooks, Jack Waits

Tonight Cathi is cooking chicken and beef enchiladas for dinner. It's a special treat for us!
We were so busy this last week, we ate out most nights.

That's Jack in the background, sniffing about as Cathi preps the chicken.
Sophie's there too, just out of frame...


It does smell good!

Chicken! Looks delicious, I've only a packet of maltesers to last me the night shift. And about ten gallons of tea. Jack is waiting to pounce if any gets dropped I think...
