It calls for pixie dust and fairies and small twinkling lights...
Alas, they were not to be had.
I was alone but for the witness of Sophie, ever vigilante at the gate, curious as to what her dad was doing in the muggy heat of the night...

I tried this last night, just as last minute thought. I discovered that I had a lot yet to learn about camera settings. All I got was a white blurry object :(

This is SO cool. At first glance it looks like a big blue continent, with maybe the capital marked in the middle. Or a NASA photo of a planet with blue continents, black sea, taken at the exact moment of a tremendous nuclear explosion. 'Course I'm from California, so....
