Tom we moved here from Northern Mi. 3 years ago. I took the Master Gardner course and that's where I was introduced to the wonderful fl. Butterflies. Am in process of planting many butterfly bushes and vines on our recently built pergola. Thank you so much for this photo gallery it helps me identify these amazing little creatures.

I was in our wooded yard . Saw this butterfly land on a sort of mirror image COOL thing.
He moved back and forth when he aligned perfect , It closed it wings and looked liked disappeared. It was amazing.
