Mount Keen from above Etnach

Out and about for cycle on the Monday Bank Holiday. About an hour plus cycle up the head of the valley in Glen Tanar is a what I assume was/is a hunting lodge called Etnach, and about 150ft above is a real 'Des Res', well to my mind with a view like this. I suggested to family what wonderful holiday cottage this could make. I was greeted with a very negative response! Not only is there no electricity or water but the real clincher - no mobile signal..

Des Res

Nice lines and colours

It is a wild and lonely place with not a lot to do bringing Captain Mainwaring's honeymoon to mind of all things (go on, look it up).
The image contains some bold lines which fall in nicely with the rule of thirds to give a most satisfying composition.

Wonderful scene ... great layers of colour!

Sure they'd never survive without a mobile or broadband signal. Great view though.

No mobile! Sounds ideal.
