I wondered why all the little birds disappeared from my feeders and the squirrels started making alot of noise, until I looked up! I had originally identified this bird as a Northern Goshawk, but after a bit more experience and after reviewing the other shots I took, I now agree with Tom that it is indeed a sharp shinned hawk.
