agony of de feet

Cold pack.
It took decades for my feet to deform.
In June, the pain started.
Now I have a new medical specialist to see on a regular basis.
New shoe inserts today, too.

Young people don't realize how shoes and lifestyle can ruin the feet. My feet hurt, especially an ankle with arthritis. Please take care and I hope your orthotics will help a lot!

I can attest to the fact that sore feet, whatever the cause, can make you feel miserable all over. Think of all the miles and abuse that our feet survive. Do take care of yourself and hope they can find a treatment to help!

My wife knows your pain she has dropped arches and her feet are constantly bothering her. She is trying to avoid surgery which even the doctor said is painful.

Oh, that is not good. I broke both heels a couple of years ago. Gosh, I don't know if I could stand that again. Foot pain = no good! Hope they can help you with that!
