"Album Designer"

Rules:
Name of band determined by the first random page hit at Wikipedia.org.
My random hit was:
Hakim Habibur Rahman (March 23, 1881 - 23 February 1947)
was an Unani physician, litterateur, journalist, politician and chronicler
in early 20th-century Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Name of album determined by the last several words of the last quotation
found by random at Quotationpage.com. My random hit was:
Properly, we should read for power.
Man reading should be man intensely alive.
The book should be a ball of light in one's hand.
Ezra Pound (1885 - 1972)

The instrument featured is a single note bassoon made from PVC drain pipe.
Viewers are encouraged to guess the sound of the chorus...

Having played a bassoon for 4 yrs in high school I'd guess the chorus might have a pompously or portentously overblown sound. In a word: flatulent. :)
Love the gradient of color btw.
