Heart of Stone ~ Rolling Stones

This was released in the US as a single in 1964 when many radio stations refused to play "Little Red Rooster," which contained lyrics that were too suggestive for many listeners.
"Rooster" was #1 in England, but did not chart in the US.

I have a collection of rocks from places I've visited. My part of Texas doesn't have any rocks or stones. You could dig all day and never find a stone. :)

Yes, their early blues influenced songs - cover versions as well as own material - still sound fresh and great, and so does this. A fine capture to go with.
