Veterans

Washington, DC

This is a detail from the National Vietnam Memorial, dedicated to the soldiers who fought there. Should with some backlight, at sunset, this was a little bit of a challenge.

Sorry for my absence. Combination of a very busy seminary schedule and a serious illness in Sherri's family has kept me very tied up.

An exceptional and moving capture of these three young soldiers. They are so life like.
Wonderful work and welcome back Michael.

So glad you are back, Michael, we have missed your contribution to TTL.
The subject matter in this shot is thought provoking. The effects of the war are etched on these young men's faces. Thank you for sharing.
It is important that we honour the contribution these young men made, on both sides.

A superb photo, Michael.
lncredible detail and expressions on the
youthful faces.
Your photo and composition are really excellent
and graphically show the futility of war.
