I spent some time on the Tennessee River this afternoon. A pair of Great Blue Herons was there, and I heard the tell-tale squawk, and saw this one fly by, obviously pleased with his lunch.

Well he is swallowing that big fish as he flies... you can tell by the enlarged size of the throat.. nice details... great capture.
