For Hal...

Shiloh, Tennessee

From "Julia"...
For those of you who don't know, Hal lost his home in serious flooding yesterday in New South Wales.
He is currently between places, and needs our thoughts and prayers.
Perhaps in some small way, this may encourage our friend.
All isn't lost, Buddy...we are praying for you.

Technically this is sharpened and cropped, and levels adjusted only. No noise reduction. No other effects...as it was shot, essentially.

And how could l forget to thank Julia, and again Michael for this amazing Eagle photo.
Micheal you have adapted to flight shots of birds as though you have been doing them for years.
This is truly outstanding.

Dear Bob, Michael, Cindy, Terry, Lennart, Frank and Stoge,
l've just been told about Michael's wonderful thought to dedicate this marvelous image
to me. l'm sitting here with tears of emotion in my eyes at your kindness and good wishes. Thank you.
Most of my belongings are gone, but l've bought a new bike to get on the road to recovery.
And for those who have warned me against wearing a helmet that has saved my life once,
not to ask it to do so again, l now have a shiny new Red White and Blue one.
Again my most heartfelt thanks to you all and to Michael for his most heartwarming thought.

Thanks is another fabulous shot, Michael. I love that detail.
Thanks for expressing our good wishes for Hal. I know
he has no internet connection where he currently is, so he will be
e-mailing and commenting from the library, as I understand it.
