The interesting thing about this photo, is that it was shot on Kodak Ektar (and converted to black and white in post) with my $95 Russian Jupiter 8 (vintage) lens. I scanned it on my Nikon 9000 LS and added zero sharpening...not even capture sharpening. I even lowered the contrast with a curve because the foliage looked too crispy.
