A scene really unlike any other, Jim
I can see why they offer such an attraction for you, as I have a place which affects me similarly.
Would that they were as close to you as Shiloh is to me.
No matter how many times I see them, these peaks show something new, every time
That's a credit to your craft.

Wonderful Jim, another great Rocky M shot. The talk about powder on the other side makes my heart beat like a hammer! There´s the place to be!!!

At full size, this is just a bit over-sharpened on my monitor, but
otherwise, just wonderful!

Fabulous, Jim. I love your choice of crop - wonderful detail in those
spectacular rocks. I have skied on the other side of these mountain at Grand
Targee - only time I have skied at almost 10,000 feet - in actual powder!

Thank you, Hal. I sure wish these were in the Cascade range it would make photographing them so much easier! I love this national park and hope to go again perhaps later this year. I never get tired of these mountains and surrounding areas.

Thanks!
Jim

This is spectacular Jim. l wondered for a moment whether this was in the Cascades.
l love the dusting of snow on the jagged peaks.
