#021 The Telfer Subway

I walk through this subway on my way home most days.
The council redecorate it every so often with their own form of graffiti, which gives the graffers a fresh canvas to work on. Very thoughtful, our council.

I really like the moody feel this image has.

It was actually quite busy I had to hang around a bit and pick a quiet moment. The busker isnt there all the time now, I think the cold and damp must be getting to him. He does feature in the mural though !

America loves to paint! I love the colors here and the length of this tunnel which is emphasized in your image through showing the paintings against the wall and the lights.

I don't think I've ever seen such a colourful subway! (But then, I haven't seen many!)

From the the thumbnail... had no idea. But used to walk through this a fair lot, but not for about six months... Looking better now though. Strange to see it empty too, did you have to pay the busker to get out of the frame!
