Lazuli Bunting, female or juvenile

Betabel Road, San Benito Co

Lazuli Bunting is the common Passerina around here, but the bill size/shape/color made me suspect Blue Grosbeak. Feedback from local experts convinced me that it's a Lazuli after all; the bill, despite initial appearance, is not as large as a Blue Grosbeak's, and the narrow whitish upper wingbar contrasts with the broad red-brown upper wingbar of a Blue Grosbeak. Compare my photo of a female Blue Grosbeak: http://www.pbase.com/tgrey/image/82545888 .
