This albino (or leucistic) swallow was with a large flock of Cliff Swallows (a few Barn Swallows) along Marble Hot Springs Road in Sierra Valley. I photographed it by opening my sun roof, standing on the driver's seat, and using a beanbag. I had my usual 1.4x extender off the lens so I could get larger birds right along the road in my frame from the car, but for this one, the extender would have helped. I didn't want to take the time to put it on in case this rarity flew away.
