I will be getting up very early in the morning to start the 25th Race for the Cure. I will be wearing this bracelet and will be taking lots of shots. It is supposed to be very cold and possibly rain but I will endure to honor and to fight for those of us that have survived, those who are fighting right now and those who have lost their lives. This day is very close to my heart and the stories we share with each other brings a bond that nothing can break. A closeness that only one can understand that has had to live with the disease and fight to overcome it. It will be emotional, inspirational and the love will flow endlessly. Despite the cold, we will be warm in spirit.
