We've had the worst summer on record and really saw no light at the end of the tunnel until this week, when things started to cool off. And, yesterday we finally got our first substantial rain in months. It was wonderful. Hoping to get some more in the next few days.

We got a little over an inch at my house. Rained from 6ish last night til around 10:00. Heavy at times. Love the smell of it and almost forgot what it was like. Yeah, gotta love the rain when you haven't had it in months. Thank you, God!
