TITC - SENSE or SENSIBILITY

Okay, this person did not have the sense enough to pay past parking fines and evidently didn't pay the meter again so it made sense that this car got booted. Maybe if he had put more "cents" in the meter he would have avoided the boot. Maybe after this he came to his senses and will put money in the meters from now on.
