On St. Patrick's day in 2008, this image got more than 100 visits. By 2010, that grew to 600 for the days around St. Patrick's (It doesn't hurt being Number 1 in Google for something).
a year later that was doubled, When I first put the picture up around 2004, I had edited out the jogger. The picture was still popular because of the unique look of the tree. This was taken on the scenic path between Ross Castle and downtown Killarney. In 2017, I revisited that walk and found this tree, a bit worse for the wear.
