Hehehe, this is the art of "panning"- using a slow shutter speed to capture movement but you have to follow the subject. Just before going to Cuba, I went to Le Mans with a friend and checked out car racing. I really managed to practice my panning there. With this particular image, I cheated a bit because the background was not quite as blurry. The road is right and so is the car but the background was cloned and repasted several times. I edited that with an image editor. Very well spotted my friend.
