1.3 cm long artifact or parasite that was expelled from my old cat's bladder or urethra today

Old Cat is just one month shy of 20 years old. She has been suffering from what seems to be a UTI of some kind over the last 3-5 days. Took her in to the clinic today along with a good urine sample for the Dr to test.
