On the Essex Way.The clump of trees , central on the horizon, is Good Easter.That was our target for today,but Max, who suffers with arthritis,could go no farther,so sadly,we turned about here.We were approx. 1km short of our goal.The onset of the ageing process is a gradual thing ~ in 1986, I walked with Ben , my Welsh Collie ,outward from Fyfield , along the same route as today,but kept on going to Pleshey, before returning to Fyfield.Sadly, I couldn't even consider such a distance now.Of course , I wasn't lugging around a digital camera in those days , so that's probably why.LOL.
