Once again, you and I were shooting the same subject almost simultaneously on June 12th in Berkeley. I chose to contrast this mannequin to both the broken glass and the photograph of a blonde model just behind her. http://www.pbase.com/image/80830954) You chose to juxtapose the mannequin to just the broken glass, just as you did back in April http://www.pbase.com/sveetzel/image/77161449 ), only this time you come much closer, abstracting the mannequin, and shooting it from a higher vantage point that makes the mannequin seem to feel pain, as opposed to feeling aloof and oblivious back in April. It is amazing how the same subject can be interpreted photographically in so many different ways just by shifts in frame and vantage point.
