I like the light from the sun on the buildings and how the row of rowing boats lead the eye right into the scene, Colin.VV

I like the colour contrasts, blues oranges and yellows. Also the horizontal line of the boats that really catch my eye contrasting to the inward sweep and DOF of the river. For me this is very punchy, well taken.
