A shot of the Milky Way from Badlands National Park, South Dakota. Clouds were moving in quickly so I had very limited time. The incredibly bright foreground illumination was kindly provided by a passing car behind me. I was parked in a parking area near the east entrance. The car's headlights provided an almost perfect level of light for the rock formations - a nice and unexpected fringe benefit!
