The street cleaners in the orange outfits are all women. This is a big straw hat on her head, but she's draped a cloth over it to stop the reflected sun from baking her face. She's covered head to toe to prevent the sun from turning her "black". jrdu

Very colorful image and nice motion. What is on his head? Is it to keep bugs away?? I love how unaware the guy on the phone is of the man cleaning up. Nicely done.
