Beautiful image - I love the colors and the streaks of light reflections! I bet this looks really wonderful in a large print.

The two bright green lights, I’m afraid (but not sure), belong to a football-stadium, while there is a beautiful *real* beacon just behind us on the same hill (as we are on the shore-line of the Atlantic sea). Thank you very much, Markjay, for your kind words! — db.

Amazing shot! For me the island in the front makes the shot perfect (except of the great light)!

Many thanks, Tyler, for taking a closer look and for your friendly comment! No doubt: the setting of this unique bay—and huge beach—helps a lot to get an at least acceptable image. If you’d like to see more of it, see my gallery <http://www.pbase.com/bollag/donostia — db.

Great viewpoint. Lots of little extras to hold my attention. The repetition of lights along the water's edge, the soft fall-off into the foggy mountains, the clusters of boats in the harbour, and the rocky island lurking in the foreground. All great.
