Two Ways Around*
by Justin Miller

The water picks the left or the right route around the rock before merging again on the other side.

Thanks Simon. I was torn on processing whether to alter the colors...I decided I sort of liked the blues in the water and the pinkishness of the rocks so I left them alone. I was standing on a bridge over the stream, which is the source of the shadows (and bits of light too). The flow is controlled, so they must have reduced the flow from previous levels.

Hi Justin. I like the colours in this shot. You've done well to stick to the theme with your two main subjects of water and rocks. If anything I'd try and tone the blue out of the water - but I undersand that wouldn't be too easy as it's in shadow. Interesting to see the obvious drop in water level by the markings on the rocks.

Clever thinking, Justin...I like all the water action where the two paths merge at the tip of the "triangle". Neat how three of the rocks don't exit the frame. Interesting take on the theme. MFC
