Hi John... and almost cheeky '2 or 3' entry. Clever to split the vases on the side so it could literally be two or three vases in total. Beautiful painting and I'm intrigued enough to want to know more. Is this Indian? It has an Asian / Persian feel. I could be completely wrong but you've piqued my curiosity. The way you've composed this shot makes me smile. Well thought out and executed.

I like your composition and color here. Nice subject as well!

Good one John. The composition is definately more interesting with the two end vases bisected. It looks like you could wrap this around a bottle and the two ends of the green vase would meet!

The display is in a hotel lobby. I walked by it many times without looking at it, but this time I noticed that there were three of them, two the same, and one quite interesting. Thanks for the topic; it's making me look.

John, I really like your interesting choice of crop here. It enhances the overall symmetry and draws a lot of attention to the largest of the three vases...beautiful coloring to the painted scene here too. Are these enclosed vases within a museum? MFC
