Beautiful shot Daniel, I really like the light and dark concept here! Perfect entry for this challenge for sure!

Thanks a lot, Franky2005 and Tabrizi, for taking a closer look and for commenting! And thanks as well, Franky, for offering a different view of my image. I might need to get used to it. But at first sight I think you gained detail for sure, but lost my idea of what the picture was supposed to show: that difference between «Heaven and Hell» (where «Heaven» meant the sunlit buildings and «Hell» the traffic-jam). Please leave your version in the Demo-Folder, so maybe others will give us their opinions. — db.

This look like a night mare... Nice shot Daniel..

Daniel, I really like the image and how the lamps on the cars correspond to the upper part lightened by the sun. * Still i thought that it is a pitty that so much detail is lost in the lower part due to the high contrast. I took the freedom to lighten up this part and put a version in the demo folder (www.pbase.com/stfchallenge/image/65779004). It works better for me. What do you think?

Another nice capture with many red spots. This is traffic, no question. MCsaba
